How the Contest Works

⚡ Quick Rules

1. Create a free Tinoki account to get your unique referral link — no payment required to participate.
2. Share your link with friends, family, and contacts.
3. Earn 1 point for each friend who signs up through your link and subscribes to Tinoki (10 NIS/month). Your referral's sign-up is free; the point is counted when they subscribe.
4. Points are validated after 15 days of active subscription by the referral (this period includes the 14-day legal withdrawal period).
5. Track your points in your dashboard — pending points appear in real time.
6. Win prizes: the top 3 referrers win prizes up to 13,000 NIS, depending on the tier reached.
7. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make. The more you refer, the higher you climb in the rankings!

👤 Eligibility

1. Any person aged 18 or older, residing in Israel with an Israeli phone number (+972), can participate.
2. Participation is free: simply create a Tinoki account to get a referral link and start accumulating points. No subscription is required to participate as a referrer.
3. Each participant may only have one account. Self-referrals and multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Each referral must be a real, unique person with their own payment method (credit card).
5. Employees and direct family members of the organizer are excluded from the contest.

💰 Tier System & Prizes

The total prize pool depends on the number of active paying subscribers at the end of the contest. The more subscribers, the higher the prizes for everyone!

Prize Pool Tiers

If the number of subscribers falls between two tiers, the lower tier applies.

Prize Distribution (example: maximum tier 26,000 NIS)

The percentage distribution remains the same regardless of the tier reached.

✅ Point Validation

1. A point is provisionally awarded as soon as your referral subscribes.
2. The point becomes final after 15 days of continuous active subscription by the referral.
3. A point is cancelled if the referral cancels or withdraws within the first 15 days.
4. Every referral has the legal right to withdraw within 14 days of signing up (in accordance with Israeli law). This right is guaranteed and is not affected by the contest.

🏆 Prize Distribution

1. Prizes will be distributed within 15 days after the contest ends, following verification of all referrals.
2. Winners will be contacted by phone or email with instructions for claiming their prize.
3. Prizes are transferred by bank transfer to an Israeli bank account in the winner's name.
4. All prizes are listed as gross amounts. In accordance with Israeli law, a 35% withholding tax will be applied before payment for any winnings exceeding the legal exemption threshold. Winners are solely responsible for any additional tax obligations.
5. In case of a tie, priority is given to the participant who reached the score first (chronological criterion).
6. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, the prize is considered forfeited.

🛡️ Fraud Prevention

Tinoki takes the integrity of the contest very seriously. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake or multiple accounts
• Using bots, click farms, or any automated means
• Using the same credit card for multiple accounts
• Sending unsolicited messages (spam) to promote your link, in accordance with Israeli communications law (Tikun 40)

Any participant caught using fraudulent methods will be immediately disqualified, their points cancelled, and they may be required to reimburse any prizes unduly received. Tinoki reserves the right to pursue legal action.
